How do I move a link from one folder to another?
You can move a link from one folder to another through the link editing process.
- Click the "Edit" button for the link you want to edit in the User page. The button is visible when you hover the mouse on the link you want to edit or (on phones) when you click the button in front of the link.
- From the "Folder" menu, select the folder you want to move the link to.
- Click "Update."
Can I move multiple links from one folder to another?
Yes, you can move multiple links from one folder to another by:
- From the User page, click the checkmarks in front of the links you want to move.
- Click the "Move to" button and select the folder where you want to move the links to.
- Click "Move."
How do I sort links on the user page?
To sort links on the user page, do the follow:
- Click the button above the links in the User page.
- Hover the option "Sort Links."
- Select one of these options:
- Alphabetically A-Z
- Alphabetically Z-A
- Recently Visited
- Recently Added
- Recently Edited
- Most Visited
- Least Visited
- Web Host
How do I view all my links at once on the user page?
To view all your links at once on the User page, type * in the search bar above the folders.
Here are some more shortcuts:
- Typing # will show you all your public links.
- Typing ! will show you all your private links.
How do I search for links in a specific folder?
- From the User page, choose the folder you want to search.
- Click the search bar above the links, and enter your search query.
How do I search for links in all folders?
- From the User page, click the search bar in the folders menu.
- Search for the links you want by any word(s) in their titles or descriptions.
Yes, you can save duplicate links. By default, this option is disabled. To allow duplicate links, click the Tools button and make sure "Allow Duplicate Links" is enabled. You can enable or disable duplicate links any time you want.
How do I view duplicate links?
Click the Tools button and then click "Show Duplicate Links."
How do I delete duplicate links?
To delete duplicate links:
- Click the Tools button and then click "Show Duplicate Links."
- Click "Select Duplicates Only" and then "Delete Selected."
How do I see the description of a link?
From the User page, hover your mouse over the link, and you will see the description of the link.
How do I see the date when I added the link?
From the User page, hover your mouse over the link, and you will see the date when the link was added.
How do I check if a link is available?
- From the User page, hover your mouse over the link.
- Click the icon to view more options.
- Click "Check Availability."
- A notification will pop up with the results.
How do I check if a link is safe?
- From the User page, hover your mouse over the link.
- Click the icon to view more options.
- Click "Check Safety."
- A notification will pop up with the results.
Can I make all my links private/public at once?
By default, your links are private. From the User page, you can make selected or all your links private/public at once by changing the privacy settings of the folder that includes all the links.
Alternatively, you can click the top checkmark above all the links to select all visible links in a folder. Then, change their privacy settings to public or private.
